How to Encash Units

Unit Holders may encash units at our offices on any business day between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Unit holders will need to surrender their certificates along with a signed Form of Transfer in order to encash units. Certificates need to be held in a secure place. Missing certificates may be replaced if the unit holders complete a Form of Indemnity along with a request to the Trustees for a replacement. This form will require the unit holder(s) signatures to be witnessed by a Justice of the Peace or a Notary Public.

Where units are held jointly, all unit holders must sign the required forms for encashment, unless they all indicate to the Trustees, in writing, that any one of them may sign on their behalf.

Minors are not required to sign these documents, but to process encashments, proof of age will be required.
